- Incorrect Item(s) Received and Damaged Goods – Claims for items that are incorrectly shipped, missing from a shipment, damaged, or incorrectly ordered must be reported to a Le Studio Tamarin representative within 1 business days of order receipt.
- Product may be returned within 14 days of the invoice date if the product is new, unused, and in resalable condition. Credit will be issued at the original purchase price less the actual cost of return shipping and applicable restocking fees.
- Restocking fees apply based on the following time intervals:
- 7 days from the invoice date will not be charged a restocking fee.
- 14 days from the invoice date is subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Manufacturer Defect - Replacement or credit for defective merchandise may be requested up to 14 days from the date of purchase. Credit will be issued to your customer account after the product is confirmed defective by the Le Studio Tamarin Returns Department.
Le Studio Tamarin does NOT accept returns for the following:
- Products discontinued by the manufacturer.
- Expired promotional items, items from introductory orders, testers, and samples.
- Any item that does not appear in customer purchase history.
- Any item that is not in resalable condition unless deemed defective.
- Any item outside of 14 days since purchase.
